How XVA works
XVA is being built now. This is how it will work when it opens. Things marked later are planned but will not be there on day one.
-
Sign in
Create an account with your email address or a Google account. Your account holds your bots, your chats and your credit balance.
-
Top up credits
Buy credits in one payment: $10, $25, $50 or $100. 1,000 credits = $1. There is no plan to pick and nothing renews. New accounts may have lower top-up limits in their first week, to prevent card fraud. See pricing.

Make a bot
A bot is a saved assistant for one job. You give it:
- a name, a picture or initials, and a short description;
- instructions: what it is for, its tone, and any rules;
- a level, Fast, Standard, Premium or Frontier, or an exact model from a list (each with a plain “good for” line and a relative cost, never a dollar price);
- your own files for it to use, such as PDF, Word, text, Markdown or CSV (planned: up to 10 per bot);
- web search, if you switch it on for that bot (it uses extra credits, with a cap);
- optional starter buttons and an optional daily credit limit for that bot.
Or start from the gallery of ready-made bots we write ourselves, such as Email Drafter, Research Assistant or Tutor.
-
Chat
Your bots sit in a list on the left and the conversation in the middle. Replies stream in as they are written. You can stop, regenerate, edit and resend, copy, and attach files or images.
Before you send, the chat box shows an estimated credit range for that message. Frontier, and any message that uses a tool, shows a hard cap and asks you to confirm. You can switch a conversation to a different level to compare answers, and the estimate updates before you send.
Long conversations cost more, because the whole conversation goes to the AI model with each new message. XVA tells you when a chat is getting long and offers to start fresh or summarize.
-
Watch your usage
Your balance is always on screen. A usage view shows credits by bot and by day, and every message in your history shows what it cost, the level it used and whether it used web search. You choose when to get a low-balance warning.
Your data
- Bots and chats are private to your account. There is no public sharing at launch.
- Chats, files and bots are stored in XVA’s own database. They are kept until you delete them, and delete is real.
- You can export a conversation as Markdown or JSON.
- To answer, XVA sends your message to the AI provider behind the level or model you chose. The full privacy policy, published before XVA opens, will list each provider and how long it keeps data.
On your phone
XVA is a web app that works in a phone browser and can be added to your home screen. Native iPhone and Android apps are later.
Planned for later
- Automatic top-ups and an optional monthly plan
- Team accounts with a shared balance and per-person limits
- Image generation, a code runner, and Gmail, Drive and Calendar connections
- Sharing a bot by link
Galaxy HQ
XVA is planned to link to Galaxy HQ, a separate product, so you can see each of your bots at a desk in a virtual office. Your bots stay managed in XVA.
