Privacy notice
For xvirtualassistants.com and the XVA waitlist. Last updated 28 October 2026.
XVA is not open yet, so this notice covers only this website and its waitlist. A full privacy policy for the XVA app, including which AI providers handle your messages and how long each keeps data, will be published here before the app opens.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we keep:
- your email address;
- the date and time you joined;
- which version of this notice you agreed to.
That is all. If you do not join, this website collects nothing about you.
What we do not do
- No analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing tags or session recording.
- No cookies set by this website, and no fonts or scripts loaded from other companies.
- We do not sell, rent or share the waitlist, and we do not use it for advertising.
How we use your email
To send you one email when XVA opens. We will not add you to any other list.
Where it is kept, and for how long
The waitlist is stored in a private file on our web hosting account (Hostinger), outside the public website. It is kept until you remove yourself, and we delete the whole waitlist within 90 days after the opening email goes out.
Our web host
Like any website, this one runs on a hosting company’s servers. Hostinger’s servers and content delivery network may record standard request logs (such as IP address, time, page and browser) and may set a short-lived security cookie to protect the site from automated traffic. We do not use those logs to identify or track visitors.
To stop automated sign-ups, the waitlist form turns your connection’s IP address into a scrambled key that counts attempts for one hour. The key cannot be turned back into your address and is never stored with your email.
Your choices
You can remove your email from the waitlist at any time with the form below. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. To correct your address, remove the old one below and join again with the new one.
The waitlist is not meant for children under 13.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use waitlist emails, we will ask for your agreement again before relying on it.
